It is with great pleasure and pride that I introduce to you, QCOM, a new affordable alternative in television advertising.

Twenty-five years ago, I pioneered local cable advertising with CABLE COMMUNICATIONS.  Through the years, CABLE COMMUNICATIONS became CENTEL CABLE and is now TIME WARNER CABLE.  The growth of cable TV was exciting and dramatic.  People flocked to their television sets to enjoy new programming like CNN, TBS and ESPN.  As viewership grew, our advertising clients fell in love with cable for the direct and effective results it produced.  With dozens of new channels, they found that cable advertising could capture both broad and specialized audiences alike.

In recognizing the dynamic and proven impact of cable television advertising on local businesses, I have recently retired from TWC in order to provide a low cost alternative in television advertising, QCOMQCOM is the advertising arm of W.A.T.C.H. TV, TSC, Ottovile, Ft. Jennings and Kalida cable companies.  In this viewing area, those companies combine to serve over twenty thousand five hundred (20,500) homes and businesses.  Our cable companies are locally owned and operated and absolutely committed to those communities they serve.  Like my early years in the cable industry, I am witnessing new subscribers signing up daily to take advantage of  the new and exciting technologies offered by these companies in their diverse programming.

It is now possible for area advertisers to run their TV commercials on W.A.T.C.H. TV, TSC, Ottoville, FT. Jennings and the Kalida cable systems exclusively through QCOM!

I am also pleased to announce that three of my former, senior TIME WARNER colleagues, Stuart Jewett, Teresa Faulder and Chad Fast have joined me.  Together, we have over 60 years of television advertising experience in this area.

In working with hundreds of advertising clients over the years we have acquired, not only the skills and experience necessary to get your message across to the public, but the trust and confidence from those with whom we've had the pleasure to serve along the way.  We're looking forward to our continued relationships with those advertisers and welcome the opportunity to assist you and your business throughout the new and exciting concept of
QCOM.
